1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing and using CubarKilo's services, you agree to comply with these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

2. Service Provision

CubarKilo provides professional automotive maintenance and repair services. We guarantee work quality and use industry-standard materials. All services are performed at our workshop in Germany.

3. Liability & Warranties

CubarKilo warrants all completed work for 12 months from the service date. We are not liable for damages resulting from improper vehicle use, accidents, or third-party modifications. Our liability is limited to the cost of services rendered.

4. Payment Terms

• Payment is due upon service completion
• We accept cash, card, and bank transfer
• Quotes provided are non-binding estimates

5. Cancellation & Refunds

Services may be cancelled before work begins for a full refund. Cancellations during or after service completion are non-refundable unless a service defect is identified.

6. Data Protection

Your personal and vehicle data is processed according to GDPR regulations. We collect only necessary information for service provision and maintain strict confidentiality. See our Privacy Policy for details.

7. Limitation of Liability

CubarKilo is not liable for indirect damages, lost profits, or consequential losses arising from service delays or vehicle unavailability during repairs.
